由三名在斯德哥爾摩藝術學院相遇的瑞典藝術家水晶導引團體：莉娜．貝珍妲、珍妮佛．瑞恩斯佛德、露．卡琳．雷特葛蘭組成了藝術團體《水晶導引》，自2008團體就著手進行影片與錄像裝置創作。同時她們也成立了一個網路上的虛擬展示空間 — 水晶導引藝術空間。這次瑞典藝術團體《水晶導引》其中一員Jennifer Raisnford 藉著參與鳳甲美術館所舉辦的錄像雙年展—鬼魂的迴返—來到台灣。而她將在這次座談中為我們談論《水晶導引》的作品與創作方式。同時也會在這次的座談裡與大家分享她之後即將進行的藝術紀錄片計劃。
Crystal Beacon is a production collective that consists of the three Swedish artists Jennifer Rainsford, Lena Bergendahl and Rut Karin Zettergren. They met at the Royal Institute of Arts in Stockholm and started to make films and video installations together in 2008. Since then they have produced the short film and eight channel video installation Applied theories of Expanding Minds, the short film Mvua Farasi and shorter documentaries, art videos and performances. They also run and curate Crystal Beacon Art Space, a web based art platform.
Jennifer Raisnford is in Taipei to be part of The videobiennale Return of the Ghosts at Hong Gah Museum. She is one of three members of Crystal Beacon art production collective will present the work and methods of the collective and also a teaser from her next solo project the art-documentary Stories from the Debris.
